STIR Art Collective is the coming together of three art based community support programs: Creative Trails, Creative Work Systems/Yes Artworks and Spindleworks. Scott Miller (Creative Trails), Elizabeth McGhee (Spindleworks), and Martha Baldwin founded STIR in 2009 to create community, promote self exploration, and celebrate the important brilliance of cultural diversities.
